   Fiber Information: 

Our Nash Island Roving is made from the same soft wool we select for our Nash Island Yarn.  We can't help but want to share the fun of spinning & felting this wonderful fiber. 

Colorway Information:

Our Rocky Coast & Tidal Pool collections are available for a limited time. 

We will be debuting a new series of colors in Spring 2010, and continue to bring you new colorways each year. 

For the adventursome dyer, we also carry Nash Island Roving in natural "fog washed" white. 

Dyeing Information: 

We hand-dye our roving in Downeast Maine inspired colors using a special secret family recipe.  When spun and knit (or woven), the multi-toned roving creates a fabric with light and dark highlights playing on a single color. 

Our lobster pot kettle-dyeing allows us to dye up to 1 pound of roving at a time.  If you're ordering multiple bags of roving, we'll make sure they're from the same pot.
