Fiber Information: 

All of our yarns are made with 100% Nash Island Wool.  During shearing each fleece is sorted into grades right as it comes off the sheep.  We carefully select the softest ewe fleeces to make our Nash Island Light yarn and are currently working on a NEW Nash Island Tide sock weight yarn. The lamb fleeces are used exclusively for our Nash Island Fog lace weight yarn.

We're always inspired by the colors found in the rugged nature of Nash Island and Downeast Maine. 

Our 2012 Collection includes: Osier, Lobster Bake, Acorn, Finch, Urchin, Seaweed, Spruce, Sea Glass, Buoy, Clear Skies, Cove, Raven, Whelk, Mussel Shell, Anemone, and Pinecone.  All 16 colors are available in both our Nash Island Light yarn and our Nash Island Fog yarn.
